USING ZOOM INTEGRATION
This document will guide you in the steps to use our integration with Zoom
INSTALATION
- After the login page, access the user profile page using the link on the top right of the screen;
- Click on "Integração - ZOOM";
- Click on "Autorização" and follow steps to authorize the access on your zoom account;
USAGE
- When you add a new calendar, make sure to select Zoom as the meeting plataform;
- Fill in the calendar form;
- Any user that book an appointment with you will be included in the Zoom meeting automatically;
- Navigate through the calendar and click "Iniciar Reunião Zoom";
UNISTALLATION
- Uninstalling the MinhaAgenda add-on
- Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace;
- Click Manage > Installed Apps or search the MinhaAgenda app;
- Click the MinhaAgenda app;
- Click Uninstall
TROUBLESHOOTING
- Since all we do is sync the list of participants of a Zoom meeting, a common problem is the failure to keep the list of participants updated. If you notice the participant list is outdated, please make sure the MinhaAgenda app is authorized within your Zoom Account (navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace and click Manage > Installed Apps. If this is ok, please contact our support to check if there's any issue on your account.
